Massage Advocates for Health was established after years of collaborative effort between Donna Stone and Julie Schelling. With close to 60 years of collective experience in the massage and wellness industries, their intent is to empower those that seek additional wellness concepts in self-care and injury prevention.
In our fast paced, tightly scheduled, technology based world one often forgets the importance of implementing a daily self-care routine. Our Community Outreach Program offers science-based options for wellness which includes the fundamental principles of stretch, movement and healthy lifestyle choices. These classes are designed for anyone with an intent to become a better version of themselves.
As Massage Advocates for Health, we utilize a preventative approach with interactive educational experiences that genuinely support well-being by addressing barriers that could lead to reduction in productivity and quality of life, in and outside of the workplace.

Donna Stone, LMT, CPT
I’m Donna Stone and I’ve used my 29 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist to reduce mental stress, calm nerves and soothe tired and achy muscles.
I jump out of bed with a big smile on my face each morning because I am able to connect with people utilizing massage therapy in a stress free and relaxing environment. I’ve worked with “average Joe’s” to CEO’s; babies to senior citizens; physically disabled to tactical, college, Olympic and professional NFL, NBA and MLB athletes.
This is more than a job; I’m on a mission to combat touch deprivation in our fast-paced, technologically advanced world.
I’m a passionate believer in the healing power of massage therapy and I’m using my gifts to empower others to connect non-verbally via basic massage therapy techniques through educational courses offered locally in Pensacola, FL. I have had the privilege of presenting Couples Massage courses with military special forces and their families from 2012 thru 2016.
I’ve successfully operated my own massage therapy business for 26 years and am certified in various massage therapy modalities that include Cupping, Holistic Manual Lymph Drainage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, and Facilitated Stretching. I am also the Soft Tissue Co-ordinator at EXOS-FL, located on the Andrews Institute Campus as well as co-owner of Massage Advocates for Health, Inc. with Julie Schelling, LMT, CNHS.
I am celebrating my 27th year of marriage to Brian Stone and we have 3 children ages 15 years to 21 years of age. We reside in Downtown Pensacola and enjoy the beautiful beaches, charming people and rich history of Pensacola, Florida.
