MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES
With 60 years of collective experience in the massage industry, we are able to offer a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities that will allow us to meet your treatment goals.
Types of Massage Therapy
Would you like to de-stress, unplug and slow down the busy pace of life? You can envelope yourself in an environment conducive to relaxation bliss with our well qualified therapists. Swedish massage techniques (long fluid strokes combined with kneading, friction and compression) combined with our comfortable treatment room complete with soothing music, low lighting, a comfortable table and optional aromatherapy can provide the perfect opportunity to utilize your own “re-set button”.
We highly recommend the 90 minute session for optimal relaxation results.
30 minute and 60 minute options are available, too.
We also offer a more “targeted” treatment plan if you have aches and pains that would benefit from deeper tissue, trigger point therapy as well as myofascial release. Whether you over did a sports activity or had to log many hours at your computer, those spot specific areas of tightness can keep you from being your best self.
Let our experienced therapists work with you to help to reduce your pain and increase your ease of movement.
This treatment can be utilized in 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute sessions.

Self-Care & Injury Prevention
Our “Self-care & Injury Prevention” workshop is designed specifically for massage therapists that are looking for ways to address the issues of injury and burnout. In this course we will address a multitude of factors that have proven to contribute to accumulating stress that include body mechanics, ergonomics, self-care and lifestyle choices.
Each student will take part in their own personal assessment by creating a MAP (My Action Plan) in each of these areas. By creating awareness in redefining and refining a new perspective, we will expose you to new and creative opportunities to better care for your personal and professional life.
8-hour/8 CE workshop: $149
12-hour/12 CE workshop: $199
Body Mechanics, Ergonomics & Massage Tools
This class is designed for both new and seasoned therapists and involves a more intimate approach to learning. In this 4 hour class, two therapists are invited to evaluate their personal style and techniques that may be contributing to pain and injury. Without judgement, we will explore alternative options for a desired intent with your clients. This is a time for each therapist to be observed in action for proper technique as well as expose themselves to the value and use of a variety of massage tools.
Only $35 per student!
Individual Assessment Class
This one-on-one approach to self-care is one of the most important investments we can make to the longevity of our career as a massage therapist. In two hours we will assess your body type, flexibility and overall strength for possible contributing factors to injury. With the use of the foam roller, stability ball, stretch bands and the RAD Rolling System, you will be introduced to a variety of ways to sharpen all the tools in your personal care toolbox. The difference between a ‘seasoned’ and a ‘weathered’ massage therapist is most definitely the ability to practice self-care. If you are currently suffering from discomfort and/or injury from your massage practice, we will address these issues through corrective exercises and specific stretches to put you back on your path of wellness.
Only $35 per student! (two student minimum)
Our On-site class will help you take the guess work out of your spa treatments. Developed as a “dry room” treatment (no shower available), we have created a step-by-step technique to simplify body wraps. This includes hot towel wraps, mud application, salt scrubs and hot oil scalp treatments. We are here to assist from ordering supplies to sterilizing equipment. This class is offered with a minimum of two students and is convenient for you in the comfort of your own office.

Mentoring and supervision are about empowering and encouraging, listening without judgement and exploring options and opportunities that assist in the development of skills. Our mentorship program has been designed to help massage therapists reach a deeper level of understanding and commitment to themselves and their profession.
Entering any new profession can be a little intimidating and often frustrating. Before graduating from massage school, we offer an opportunity for massage students to hear experienced therapists share their time tested and true approach to self-care and career longevity. We share personal insights in what to expect your first year, establishing a new business, body mechanics, ergonomics and self-care strategies. This two hour presentation is held within the massage school setting and is free of charge. It is our opportunity and privilege to “pay it forward” in the massage industry. Contact us to set up a time close to student graduation.
